Career Linkage Event Highlights🌟
On the 15th September 2025, Our founder Gloria Bulondo, MSc. and associate Rose Mbwiliza had the privilege of participating at the Career Linkage Event hosted by SHERIA KIGANJANI in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust (dot) Tanzania under Going Beyond Project.
We facilitated a session on career preparation, where we explored practical skills like 𝐂𝐕 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and cultivating 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 to navigate the job market with confidence. We were inspired to engage with a dynamic group of youth leaders eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Events like this are a reminder of the importance of 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in shaping the next generation of leaders.
