Ignite Youth Future was founded with a vision to address the growing employment crisis facing Tanzanian youth. Our founder, Gloria Bulondo, witnessed firsthand the barriers that prevent talented young people from realizing their potential, including limited access to skills training, career guidance, and professional networks.
What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into an organization making significant impact across Tanzania. Through dedicated leadership and strategic partnerships, we’ve developed comprehensive programs that address the root causes of youth unemployment while creating pathways to sustainable careers.
Since our founding, we’ve worked tirelessly to bridge the gap between education and employment, empowering hundreds of young Tanzanians with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
